Personalised on-line forms

The forms (calculators, fact find, health check and risk profiler) will have your logo, “look/feel” and be hosted on the Finchat website where they will be maintained and updated. See here for an example 

The forms are accessed from your website when a client or prospect clicks on the appropriate button on your website (e.g. “Health check”) which will take the user to the appropriate page hosted by Finchat.

The inclusion of this navigation button is the only modification needed to your website

The user then completes the form and clicks the “submit” button which sends a CSV (Comma Separated Variable) file to your designated email address. This can be opened as an Excel file or imported into another software program that accommodates this capability.

This has potentially large time/cost savings for your dealership.

Fact find, needs analysis and risk profile

This form can be modified to suit your business but the default form collects the following data for a client and partner;

  • Risk profile
The form performs the following analysis;

  • Value of super at retirement
  • How long the funds will last after retirement
  • How this compares to life expectancy
  • Total assets

  • Debt ratio

  • Disposable income
  • Ratios: living expenses, servicing debt, accommodation end entertainment
  • Education costs
  • Financial exposure on death, disability, trauma and illness.

The health check allows a user to play “what ifs” on the following topics;

  • Budgeting

  • Estate planning
There is no advice or recommendation. The user must seek the advice of an adviser to proceed. The user can also submit a CSV (Comma Separated Variable) file to the adviser which will contain all the details of the session. This can be opened as an Excel file or imported into some financial planning software programs.

The cost for non-members is $600 establishment and $60 per annum and the cost for members is $300 establishment $30 per annum . This includes;

  • Ensuring the completed CSV file is sent to your designated email.

If all you need from the client is their risk profile this form will do the trick.

The you can have your questions and scoring if you wish and the form will have your logo and reflect the colour scheme on your web site. The file is sent to your email in CSV (Comma Separated Variable) format which can be opened as an Excel file or imported into some financial planning software programs.

Info-grams and calculators

Any calculator or info-gram can be personalised to reflect your dealership (log and colour scheme).

The individual calculators will be hosted on the Finchat website with your logo and colour scheme.

Cost – individual calculators

Individual calculators have a $150 establishment fee with $80 a year to maintain for non-members. Members pay a $100 establishment fee and an annual fee of $50.  This includes;

  • Creating the individual calculator on our website.
  • Including a navigation button on your website.
  • Personalising the form with your logo and colour scheme.
  • Maintaining, updating and upgrading the form.
  • Ensuring the completed CSV file is sent to your designated email.
  • Ensuring all navigation buttons and communication on the page direct the user back to your web page.

Cost – individual info-gram

The cost for non-members is $80 per info-gram and $40 for members.  This includes;

  • Personalising info-gram with your logo and colour scheme.
  • Emailing info-grams to you in both PDS and PNG format.
